CHECK OUT DJ KHALED NEW $10 MILLION BEVERLY HILLS MANSION

The Snapchat King DJ Khaled went from securing million dollar deals to recently securing the papers to the ownership of a new mansion.

Khaled bought the luxurious Beverly Hills home formally owned by British superstar Robbie Williams for $9.9 million.

This is especially a good deal for  Khaled, who sealed the deal for 10 percent under the $11 million asking price.

Robbie Williams owned the home since early 2002, when he
purchased it for $5.45 million from country musician Clint Black
and actress Lisa Hartman.

He tweeted

SPECIFICATIONS

Khaled’s new crib is located inside of the guard-gated
Mulholland Estates development.
The residence is 10,681
square foot in size and has 7 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.

The mansion also includes “oversized
rooms” and “endless entertaining areas"

The whole building is Sitting on three quarters of an acre, with a lavish pad that will also serve as Khaled’s two-month-old son Asahd play areas to enjoy.

 

But Khaled is not taking any time off to celebrate as he is jumping back in, already working on the follow-up to last year’s Major Key.
 

He was recently seen in the studio with Nas and later on continued working with
Travis Scott.
